Key Responsibilities
Treatments:
- Perform high-quality facial treatments following clinic protocols, ensuring qualifications, training, and insurance cover are in place.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Deliver exceptional customer care, developing a professional rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and confidence in their treatments.
- Promote and recommend products and services to maximize sales and referrals.
Compliance
- Follow all clinic procedures and data protection requirements for client records, including medical history, consent forms, and treatment notes.
- Maintain client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Ensure treatment areas and equipment meet health, safety, hygiene, and general housekeeping standards.
- Keep treatment rooms stocked with necessary products.
- Report any client complaints or incidents to the Manager immediately, keeping detailed written notes.
General:
- Assist with other clinic duties and support team members as required.
- Maintain professional stock levels in treatment rooms and stockroom.
- Collaborate with the front desk on retail stock orders, client feedback, and inquiries.
- Participate in company training programs to develop skills and knowledge, offering varied services as needed.
Requirements
- Passion for skincare and aesthetics with solid industry knowledge.
- NVQ Beauty Level 4 minimum, preferably Level 5.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laser skin treatments.
- Experience with lasers (e.g., Fotona, Yellow laser, AdvaTX, Candela, M22 Lumenis, Norseld Alexandrite), radio frequency, ultrasound (HIFU/Lynton), micro-needling, and advanced skin treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Confidence in recommending products and treatments.
- Polished appearance and professional manner.
- Strong team work ethic and a continuous learning attitude.
Successful consultation conversion and individual sales targets for retail and services.
