Bartender
One of our clients, an upscale fish restaurant in central Croatia is looking for an experienced bartender with a good knowledge on wine.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
- Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
- Crafting original beverage menu & design new, innovative cocktails
- Keep the bar area clean and organized
- Maintain Alcohol Inventory
- Keeping the bar well stocked and fully supplied
- Must adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding serving of alcohol
- Make Drink Suggestions – cocktails and mixed drinks to customers
- Prepare Garnishes
Person Specification:
- Proven working experience as a Bartender – minimum of 2 years
- Relevant training / course certificates / qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Working experience using a POS
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Fluent in English
- Any other language would be considered an asset
