Job Description

Your area of ​​responsibility includes

  • Acceptance, processing and as quick as possible completion of inquiries via internal ticket system
  • Documentation of user data

Your background is convincing

  • Completed training (apprenticeship, HTL, HAK or similar)
  • 3 years of experience in helpdesk
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
  • Experience in using ticketing systems (ideally BMC)
  • PC hardware knowledge (Windows/Intel) and experience in using browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome)
  • See good German skills
