Job Description
Your area of responsibility includes
- First-level support for end customers
- Acceptance, processing and as quick as possible completion of inquiries via internal ticket system
- Documentation of user data
Your background is convincing
- Completed training (apprenticeship, HTL, HAK or similar)
- 3 years of experience in helpdesk
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
- Experience in using ticketing systems (ideally BMC)
- PC hardware knowledge (Windows/Intel) and experience in using browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome)
- See good German skills
