Job Description
One of our clients, in the IT industry, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead their Technology Department and oversee the entire scope of operations within the Group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and support all business development.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Technology Department, which includes infrastructure and system engineers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Handle the overall operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflows, efficient processes, and timely delivery of services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with the business development department to support technology services and ensure client satisfaction.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and operational targets.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
- Provide regular operational and commercial reports to the CEO and CFO, respectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and leading operational departments.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technology services.
- Experience supporting business development initiatives, particularly in technology services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to work in a culturally open and respectful environment.
