Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Set and achieve sales targets.
- Manage client relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Administration:
- Handle student applications and payments.
- Manage administrative tasks for Bartending courses.
- Maintain course content and supplies.
Academic:
- Develop course content and deliver lessons.
- Coordinate with tutors and ensure syllabus is kept updated.
- Provide student feedback and uphold quality standards.
Marketing Duties:
- Collaborate on social media content and advertise courses.
Role Requirements:
- ECDL proficiency.
- 3 years’ experience in tutoring bartending subjects.
- Fluency in English.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- MQF Level 5 in tourism related subjects.
- 10 years’ experience or more in the bartending industry.
