Job Responsibilities:
- Provide spa treatments according to the spa menu, standards, and outlined protocols.
- Retain a thorough working knowledge of the process, benefits, and outcomes of all treatments and products in the Spa.
- Adjust treatments based on guests’ health assessments.
- Deliver special, individualized, and unique services to guests.
- Thoughtfully up-sell and recommend treatments, retail products, and home-care.
- Begin and end treatments on time.
- Confidently handle and rectify guest queries or small complaints.
- Ensure guest comfort and create a genuine, welcoming environment.
- Complete proper handovers in the guest journey, following up on treatment experiences and addressing any discrepancies.
- Maintain the setup, hygiene, and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality in all communications with guests.
- Manage professional stock and supplies, including linen.
- Handle all accidents and guest incidents swiftly and professionally.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks may be added as per the business and hotel needs.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a spa or a similar wellness environment.
- Provide a unique guest experience in the treatment room and throughout the guest’s SPA journey.
- Work with a clear understanding of the standards, core values, visions, and goals of the resort and spa.
- Ensure clients receive requested treatments and follow-up recommendations according to SOPs and policies.
- Fluent in English.
