Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Supply Chain Operations: Manage end-to-end supply chain, optimise stock availability, ensure timely product delivery, and improve processes.
- Forecasting & Demand Planning: Participate in monthly reviews, update inventory settings, and assist in forecast updates.
- Inventory & Production Planning: Monitor supply signals, manage purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Freight & Inbound Planning: Arrange freight, update shipping details, coordinate inbound logistics, and manage customs clearance.
- Warehousing & Stock Control: Address inventory shortages, communicate with 3PL warehouse, monitor stock conditions, and provide new item details.
- Distribution: Process orders, manage returns, and communicate batch information with retailers.
Qualifications:
- Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in supply chain management, knowledge of import/export processes, ideally APAC,
- Industry – FMCG experience preferred.
- Skills: Advanced Excel; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
