The Role

Our client is a discreet clinic with a simple philosophy; today’s facials are more than a luxury indulgence; they are an investment in skin health.. The clinic specialises in advanced, high performance facials and they pride themselves on passion and knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, treatments and education to our loyal clients. They are looking for a Client Coordinator who is passionate about outstanding customer service as well as the skin health and luxury wellness industries.

The Client Coordinators are a key part of our team and fundamental in delivering the high standards.  The candidate will be part of our luxury clinic based in central London and will provide clinic support on a day-to-day basis.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Managing all enquiries by phone or email.
  • Diary scheduling/ diary management.
  • Initial client contact and responsible for looking after clients during their clinic arrivals and departures and facilitating payment.
  • Managing queries including post-treatment aftercare and assisting with questions about products and treatments.
    General internal administration tasks such providing reports and stock and facilities management.
  • Your overall responsibilities include:
    Relationship building, ensuring all our clients receive an exceptional personalised experience by going above and beyond.
  • Offering support to our wider team, primary our Dermal Therapists to ensure that they are able to deliver a seamless treatment journey and our E-commerce team with online order fulfilment.
  • Working closely with the Clinic Manager to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met associated with clinic quality, safety & profit and in line with our core values: Innovative, Client-Focused, Quality and Ethical.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Flexibility and initiative and a people centric disposition are fundamental in this role.
  • Can multi-task and work in fast-paced environments and manage high volumes of work.
  • Prioritise tasks and time manage effectively while maintaining attention to detail and use their judgement to make decisions.
  • People management and communication skills (including exceptional written and verbal English) are essential with a proven track record in this area
