Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Conducting cold calls, door knocking, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify potential clients.
2. Networking: Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
3. Market Research: Researching and identifying new leads within the industrial sector.
4. Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with existing leads through phone conversations, in-person
interactions, and social media engagement.
5. Sales Presentations: Creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to potential new clients.
6. Client Meetings: Scheduling and attending client meetings within specified areas, including North West London, Slough, Watford, and potential expansion areas.
7. Sales Strategy: Working with the operations team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and meet client requirements.
8. Deal Closing: Ability to negotiate prices and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
9. Reporting: Providing regular updates on sales activities and forecasts to management.
Requirements/Experience:
1. Proven track record in business development and/or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to identify business opportunities and build client relationships.
4. Self-motivated and results-driven.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
7. Knowledge of the industrial recruitment industry is preferred but not compulsory.
